Happy Turkey Time! Hey I have a great idea --let's workout before we pig out! Yep, working out on the morning of Turkey Day is great way to jump start your metabolism--ya may not eat as much, and/or are more likely to burn MORE calories throughout the day--even if you do decide to nap in the later afternoon-- Here in Chi-town metro we are saying hello to our first white winter snow---time to get shovels out--GUESS WHAT? Shoveling snow is a mighty way to burn some calories too!
Of course, that means a shovel in hand not a riding blower--tee hee--remember to be thankful for a body that moves---and for your choice to do so! Enjoy! Dee
