With fall officially here, and school in session we seem to get back into the routine--whatever that might be. I have found that by keeping my exercise appointments week to week, month to month, year to year-
the "back to" syndrome does not seem as defined. In other words, I do not feel that I am going "back to" because I never stopped(activity).
For me, in that one personal area the continuum seems to help the adjustments in the other area's that definitely are "back to."
Does that makes sense?
Not to mention how good I feel on top of that. Something to think about. I would have never believed that one thing could have so much positive influence on so many other area's of my life-- but it is true.
So even tho' it is "back to" time--the adjustment is just NOT as much of an adjustment thanx to keeping on the exercise train. (The house is empty during the day now too.) Ahhh back to school can be a very good thing! I am off to my water class! Chow!
