Greetings you wonderful awesome posimist! ( Deeword for better-than-the-best-of-positive-and-optimist)
Fit tip for this week is all about posimist self talk!
1) Make a list of at least 5 attributes and put them into five sentences such as: "I am a thoughtful person" and "I love to move my body" or " I am a loyal friend" and "I have worth because I exist and there is no other me BUT me."
2)Take each posimist affirmation and print it on one sheet of paper(decorate at will)
3) Hang these mini posters/signs up around your home (or be even more brave) your office.
4) Read each one every day out loud to yourself or whoever might be lingering around!
5)Repeat steps 1-4 every 2 to 3 months making a new posimist list each rotation.
Now call this far-fetched, call me way- too-blonde, but, how in the heck do your change your neck if you don't first change your brain?!
