Are you going to make New Year's resolutions? Better yet, are you gonna keep at those resolutions? Let's face it, we all know it is with the best of intentions, but reality is....... betting on yourself for how soon you'll bow out.... My cure for this!?
DON'T MAKE RESOLUTIONS ANY MORE-- just don't do it...
Why set yourself up for future guilt trips? You desevrve better than that! Just get moving--and don't quit moving!
I worked out all through November and December--no I did not train for a marathon--I just kept moving--despite the holiday break-- the daily routine shuffled around--company over, kids out of school--I just kept moving---remembering the something in the name of activity is definately better than NOthing--
Now it's January and there are no guilt trips--no massive vows to do better, be better--just Dee still on the activity train--what a wonderfully refreshing load lifted---
Sure it's great to set goals, plan, be realistic and proceed---the New Year is not a be-all-end-all for goal setting---No resolutions just the ACTION of actually taking ACTION!
Sooo---I will see you in class, or the pool, for a walk or a jog, hey my favorite ...a bike ride! Sweating even in the winter in the mid-west--IT'S A GOOD THANG! Love, me!
